The Bison Rut had began in Wyoming. This Bison Bull was trying to intimidate any other Bulls around while also attracting the attention of the female Bison. He was rubbing his beard on the ground and bellowing.
This big guy (Bison) just took a swim across the river. His tail was up and had his laser sights set on a female Bison nearby.
This Red-Tailed Hawk had gone to the ground from a tree to catch some prey. afterwards it took off into the light and gave me the perfect opportinity to grab a few photos. (This is 1 of 2 in a series.)
